Our Story
Founded in 2020 in the UK by a distinguished group of radiologists, quality professionals, and aviation safety experts, LEAR Medical was born from a shared vision: to bring the precision and rigor of aviation safety to the world of radiology. In April 2025, we expanded our global footprint by launching a fully owned subsidiary in Bangalore, India.
Our Mission
To empower our customers to significantly reduce diagnostic errors, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate safety and quality standards. We do this by examining over 100 critical checkpoints across the radiology value chain, optimizing the entire diagnostic workflow from start to finish.
